Wok-set - Satake

This 32 cm wok, made of 2.5 mm spun carbon steel, is ideal for both home cooks and professionals. Carbon steel withstands high temperatures, has similar properties to cast iron but is lighter, and develops a natural non-stick surface with use.

The set includes:

• Wok (32 cm, spun carbon steel)

• Wok spatula (carbon steel, black wooden handle, 35.5 cm)

• Cleaning brush (black wooden handle)

Before first use:

1. Boil water in the wok for a few minutes.

2. Clean with the brush and a small amount of dish soap.

3. Rinse, dry thoroughly, and start cooking.

Care instructions:

• Not suitable for oven or dishwasher.

• Clean immediately after use with warm water and the brush.

• Avoid sudden temperature changes and acidic foods.

• The interior will change color over time – this is normal.
